emergency call
description of the Service: The Emergency Call service (also known as the eCall service governed by EU Regulation 2015/758 of 29 April 2015) is an embedded system, based on the 112 emergency number, mandatory for all new types of M1 and N1 category vehicles (passenger cars and light commercial vehicles) since 31 March 2018. This service, activated by default, is designed to deal with emergency situations.
In the event of an accident, the vehicle automatically calls an emergency call centre. It is also possible to manually activate the service by simply pressing a button located on the vehicle’s ceiling. For prompt intervention and care at the accident scene, vehicle data are automatically shared with the emergency call centre.

call Renault assistance
description of the Service: The Renault Call assistance service enables drivers to call Renault Assistance directly from their vehicle in the event of a breakdown. During the call, your location and the vehicle’s technical information is sent automatically.

remote control services
Remote control services, depending on the version, model, and characteristics of the vehicle, provide a range of features, including in particular:
- consult from your smartphone, via the My Renault app, various information on the vehicle, in particular total mileage, vehicle location, range in kilometres or miles and, for electric vehicles, battery charge level, car connection status, history of charges carried out, reachable area of the vehicle according to the vehicle's battery charge status;
- control the vehicle remotely from the My Renaultapp: honk the horn or flash the lights to find it in a parking lot, and, for electric vehicles, start, programme or defer charging remotely, or start the heating or air conditioning remotely to precondition the vehicle;
- for electric vehicles, prepare an optimal route by finding charging stations along the way;
- when using a Power to Object connector - bidirectional V2L (Vehicle to Load) charging - which plugs into the vehicle's external socket to supply electricity to an object external to the car, this pack enables you to remotely set, from the My Renault app, the minimum vehicle battery level below which you do not wish to discharge your vehicle's battery, and to receive remote notifications when this minimum level is reached;
- show you, via the My Renault app, the locking status of the vehicle to which your smartphone is paired.

Smart Navigation
description of the Service: This service consists of Connected Navigation and Door-to-Door navigation services.
Connected Navigation provides real-time information, via TomTom servicesTomTom, on traffic, danger zones, weather along the route, petrol stations with fuel prices for combustion-powered or 100% hybrid vehicles, charging stations for electric vehicles, and both for plug-in hybrid vehicles (PHev). It also enables address and point-of-interest searches using keywords via the Google Search function.
This package also includes Door-to-Door Navigation, which allows you to locate the vehicle from the My Renault app, send a journey from the My Renault app to the vehicle's multimedia screen, and find the walking route to the final destination directly from the My Renault app.

Regarding connected navigation:
- the vehicle's technical identifier (technical identifier linked to the service licence, not the VIN) to enable requests to be exchanged between vehicles and partners, i.e. Google and TomTom. The technical identifier is a temporary code that changes with each session. Partners do not receive the vehicle identification number (VIN). These data are anonymous, making it impossible for partners and service providers to track individuals;
- GPS destinations and waypoints;
- history of requests from the vehicle.
Door-to-door navigation is an exclusively internal service provided by the My Renault app, with data passing only through the Renault servers:
- Vehicle identification number (VIN)
- The destination addresses provided;
- the vehicle's latest GPS coordinates;
- data relating to use of the My Renault app.

Regarding connected navigation:
- The vehicle’s technical identification data are saved for 30 days.
- The technical data required for the services to function properly is saved for a maximum of 24 hours.
- The destinations, points of interest and waypoints are deleted immediately. If this data are required to use the service, however, it is saved for a maximum of 24 hours.
- The request log from on board the vehicle is saved for a period of 90 days.
Regarding door-to-door navigation:
- The vehicle identification number associated with the My Renault account is saved for as long as the service is provided.
- destination addresses are stored for 30 days;
- data relating to use of the My Renault app are kept for 90 days;
- The vehicle’s GPS coordinates are erased every time a new position is recorded. This data are kept for 6 months if it is not deleted by registering a new position.

- access the Google Maps app to obtain real-time GPS navigation data and traffic information across more than 220 territories;
- activate GoogleAssistant, to control navigation, vehicle functions, or obtain information by voice command without taking your eyes off the road
- access Google Play, and download apps from Google Play onto your multimedia screen (media apps, streaming audio, etc.).

Depending on your settings from the main screen of your compatible electric vehicle, the avatar Reno assists you in discovering and using your vehicle; Reno can provide recommendations to adjust certain vehicle parameters according to context and environment to optimise your driving experience, and respond to your voice commands to act on the vehicle. Furthermore, thanks to the Cerence Chat Pro tool – developed by our technology partner Cerence Inc – which relies on various sources, including ChatGPT, the avatar Reno can respond to numerous requests.
Please note that responses generated by ChatGPT may, in some cases, vary, contain incomplete, inaccurate, or irrelevant information, and may infringe the rights of third parties. For this reason, you should not rely on the accuracy of responses without verifying them with other sources of information. description of the Service: This pack provides you with additional contextual information on the road (curves, speed limits, roundabouts, junctions and exits, etc.) and can affect certain vehicle functionalities:
- cruise control, adapting vehicle speed to road context without driver intervention
- increased accuracy of the speed limit value displayed on the dashboard,
- information provided to the driver to reach the event at the correct speed,
- optimised electric energy according to driving conditions and route (slopes, traffic information, city, etc.) to offer you better range and optimal vehicle performance.

description of the Service: The service enables users to charge their vehicles more easily and securely at any charging station compatible with ISO15118 (the international standard for electric vehicle charging processes). Once the service has been activated, all the user has to do is plug the vehicle into a charging station, and it is automatically recognised and starts charging.

Mobilize Power (Bidirectional Charging V2G)
description of the Service: This service allows, via the My Renault application, you to schedule charging of your compatible vehicle optimally: (i) by considering the expected charge level of the vehicle at the required time, and (ii) by determining the minimum battery level below which you do not wish to discharge your vehicle’s battery. Once these settings are made, the V2G service will manage the control of electric charging to charge your vehicle’s battery or to export energy outside your vehicle (including, among others, the electricity grid, home, etc.) according to the terms of the contract with the electricity supplier.
This feature can be activated as provided you meet the service's access criteria, namely:
- have a Mobilize Power V2G-compatible Vehicle,
- have a Mobilize Powerbox Verso charging station,
- have subscribed to a Mobilize energy contract operated by The Mobility House.

description of the Service: The connected maintenance service is a proprietary connected service whose main aim is to ensure that the vehicle is in good working order throughout its lifecycle. Renault has also implemented mechanisms to anticipate the wear and tear of certain parts.
